Hello! I am creating this blog purely because (a) I am bored to death and I need something to do in my spare time over the summer and (b) because I am completely, 100% through & through OBSESSED with the Divergent trilogy! Therefore, this blog will be entirely about the book and my opinions and reviews of the book(s)!
Just as my disclaimer, I did not write any of the Divergent books, nor do I know Veronica Roth personally (although that would be amazing if I did!). In fact, I found out about the Divergent trilogy through a program my school does called "Battle of the Books". Little did I know that the first day of the club would be the start of endless all-nighters reading the Divergent and Insurgent books. I have read Divergent 12 times (yes, I counted! I know it's lame, but I don't care!), and I am reading Insurgent for the fourth time... You could say being obsessed is at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to deciding upon an adjective to describe my passion and love for these books. :)
So, in closing, please enjoy my blog, and if Veronica Roth ever sees this, I will be both embarassed and extremely appreciative all at the same time! So thank you for reading, and enjoy!
